Role Overview: This role demands full ownership of performance campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with a focus on lead acquisition, user funnel optimization, and category-specific traffic growth. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Budget allocation, bid management, and daily performance optimization Collaborate with content, category, and design teams for impactful creatives Analyze conversion paths and optimize based on GA4, GTM, and heatmaps Scale campaigns while reducing CPL and increasing ROAS Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads campaign management Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of keyword match types, quality score, bidding strategy, and creative testing Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Excel formulas, and funnel analysis Preferred: Experience in B2B/marketplace or lead-generation campaigns Tools: Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Location: Noida Sector 135
