Job Description

1. Assist in preparation, compliation and submission of documentation for tenders we'll in advance of tender deadline Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents. 2. Assist in registration of company or products on various govt and pvt portals. 3. Assit in preparation and coordinating of various activities during conduct of exhibitions - Preparation of flex, flyers, Invites etc 4. File management and retrieve corporate records, documents and reports. 5. Preparation of e-greetings, marketing campaign such as html e-mailers etc 6. Regular updation of Company Profile, Presentation, Social Media content and Company Website based on inputs received. 7. Prepare and present presentations during customer visits. 8. Check for local & international events/exhibitions/tradeshows of interest. 9. Coordinate with various departments and collect data. 10. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities. 11. Search tenders on various government portals 12.Attend meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and circulate with team members. 13. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing. Competencies: 1. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT. 2. Excellent online search and data retrieval skills 3. Good typing speed. 4. Aware of Digital Marketing and SEO tools 5. Multi tasking & Miscellaneous task management to support managers 6. Should be motivated and systematic. 7.Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the Job Description where required and within capabilities. 8. A high level of attention to detail. 9. Handling of confidential data.
