You will be joining Ankura Hospital in Pune for the positions of Assistant Manager and Senior Executive/Executive in the Marketing & BD department. **Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive/Executive, you will be responsible for referral marketing and community marketing within the hospital/healthcare industry. Your role will involve promoting the services of Ankura Hospital to the local community and outstation areas. You must be flexible to travel as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement referral marketing strategies - Engage with the local community to promote hospital services - Collaborate with the marketing team to drive business development initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate/MBA in Marketing - 2 to 10 years of experience in referral marketing or community marketing - Exposure to hospital/healthcare marketing will be an advantage This is a full-time position based in Pune.
