Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Consulting Firm

The job is located in Bangalore/Mumbai and may involve travel based on project requirements. You will be responsible for assisting the deal-team in creating databooks, reports, and conducting various analyses related to Quality of Earnings (QoE), Quality of Revenue (QoR), Quality of Working Capital, and Adjusted Net debt across different sectors. Your key responsibilities will include efficiently handling fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements, summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information, analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, preparing due diligence reports, assisting in client proposals, establishing strong relationships with clients and Target management, supporting project delivery, and anchoring due diligence projects. Experience in assurance services/financial due diligence is preferred. Client-facing experience is also preferred. You should have excellent accounting skills, a strong understanding of financial statements, ability to work independently with attention to detail, proficiency in English (speaking and writing), working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to communicate effectively with clients/targets via phone and email. For the Assistant Manager (AM) position, 2-4 years of experience is required, while for the Manager position, 5-8 years of experience is required.,
