Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Role Overview: You will be assisting the deal team in creating databooks, reports, and conducting various analyses related to Quality of Earnings, Quality of Revenue, Quality of Working Capital, and Adjusted Net Debt across different sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements. - Summarize and analyze financial/accounting information including income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, and quality of net assets. - Analyze revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities to identify key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, liabilities, and valuation model input assumptions. - Prepare due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysis. - Assist in preparing client proposals. - Build strong relationships with clients, target management, and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC). - Support project delivery, supervise and review engagement teams" fieldwork, report diligence findings, and coordinate with other service lines like tax. - Lead due diligence projects, delegate work, review consultants" work, and work closely with Qualified CA. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience for Assistant Manager (AM) level. - 5-8 years of experience for Manager level. - Experience in assurance services/financial due diligence is preferred. - Client-facing experience is a plus. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent accounting skills and strong understanding of financial statements. - Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. - Proficient in spoken and written English. - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Effective communication with clients/targets via phone and email.,
