Description
Responsible for final product meeting Food Safety, Customers specifications, Company & Regulatory requirements, through FG release format.
Responsible for monitoring of System & Standard requirements, ensure adherence of process with them.
Responsible for sustenance & implementation of QMS & FSMS.
Responsible for reduce gaps between written (SOPs) & actual practice through daily/internal audits.
Responsible for validate system as per standard/process requirements on timely basis.
Responsible maintain yearly internal audit schedule & conduct them as per schedule, & maintain their records.
Responsible for provide trainings on Standard/Food Safety requirements, RCA CAPA, as per training calendar or as required.
Responsible for External Audits and follow ups on External Audit findings & ensure its closure within the target date, by cross verifying them.
Responsible for monitoring objective trends for ensuring continual improvements within the system.
Responsible for GMP is been followed on shop floor through regular monitoring.
Responsible for records & logbooks are updated on timely basis through section wise monthly records & logbooks audit.
Responsible for verification of CAPA of deviations, held within the process, on timely basis, to avoid repetitions.
Responsible for providing Line Clearance to Production as per Line Clearance SOPS
Shall be lead Auditor & handled QMS &FSMS Audit independently.
