Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing seating and seat belt systems. Your main focus will be on evaluating seat and seat belt components, integrating them into the vehicle environment according to program schedule and quality targets, as well as monitoring cost and weight at part and sub-system levels. Key Responsibilities: - Design and evaluate seat and seat belt components - Integrate components into the vehicle environment as per program schedule and quality targets - Monitor cost and weight at part and sub-system levels - Test seating and seat belt systems - Plan countermeasures based on design/quality reviews, line feedback, and testing - Have experience in design and development in at least one domain area such as plastic, sheet metal, PU pad, trim fabric, seat mechanism, seat belts, or seat/seat belt testing - Understand manufacturing processes and costing function Qualification Required: - Specialization in Mechanical or Production Engineering - Minimum of 60% marks throughout education,
