Job Description

As a Powertrain Calibration/Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for Engine Control Calibration & Validation for Spark Ignition Engines (Petrol/CNG) on Engine/Vehicle. Your technical competencies should include: - Model Development Process/Timelines - Powertrain Validation/Testing - Open Point Tracking/Resolution/Closure - Vehicle Testing & Instrumentation - SES Testing - DQR - Test Equipment operation (Chassis Dyno, Engine Bench, Emission Measurement Systems) - Engine Management System handling (ECU/Sensors/Actuators) - Data Analysis Tools proficiency (Concerto/INCA/MDA/MATLAB/Excel Macro or equivalent) - Vehicle Certification Process understanding (Homologation/COP for Emissions/CO2) Your specific expertise should encompass: - IC Engines/Emerging Trends in Powertrain Technologies - Key Components/Systems knowledge (Turbocharger/VVT/EGR/Catalyst/Canister/OBD/AMT/CVT/AT/ISS/ISG) - Emission/CO2 Regulatory Norms awareness (BS6/CAFE Norms, Test Cycles MIDC/WLTP) To qualify for this position, you need a Full-Time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent.,
