As a Repairability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the new vehicle development process up to the concept stage. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Repair Rules are meticulously addressed, and the accessibility of components aligns with Renault Sales standards. Collaborating closely with Vehicle Engineering, you will integrate spare part requirements into Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for vehicle parts. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing detailed Repair Methods and Labour Time estimations to streamline the repair process. In the realm of Spare Parts management, you will define and specify the Spare Part catalogue (S/P) for both new projects and ongoing serial life projects. This will involve aligning the catalogue with Renault's after-sales mode policy and adhering to project milestone requirements. Regularly updating the S/P catalogue to reflect changes made by the engineering team and aligning with part adoption abolition dates finalized in manufacturing will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for promptly responding to Network Alerts (GAR) related to concerns in Spare Part procurement and ensuring the quality of the S/P catalogue is maintained at a high standard.,
