Assistant Manager_Repair Engineering

As a Repairability Specialist, your role involves studying new vehicle development up to the concept stage to ensure that Repair Rules are addressed and the accessibility aligns with Renault Sales definition. Your responsibilities include working closely with the Vehicle Engineering team to integrate spare requirements in RFQs of vehicle parts. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing repair methods and labor time estimation. Key Responsibilities: - Study new vehicle development up to concept stage to address Repair Rules and ensure ease of Accessibility - Collaborate with Vehicle Engineering to integrate spare requirements in RFQs of vehicle parts - Prepare repair methods and estimate labor time - Quality & Process Pilot In the Spare Parts domain, you will be required to define and specify the Spare part catalogue (S/P) for new and serial life projects in coherence with Renault after sales mode policy and project milestone requirements. You will also need to update the S/P catalogue regularly based on changes made in parts by the engineering team and part adoption abolishment date finalized in manufacturing as per vehicle criteria. Furthermore, you will respond to Network Alerts (GAR) related to concerns in S/P procurement and S/P Catalogue Quality.
