Job Description

The Assistant Manager VD & Localization is responsible for supporting vehicle development programs with a strong focus on localization of components, systems, and assemblies to meet cost, quality, performance, and regulatory requirements
The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global engineering teams to ensure timely and cost-effective localization while maintaining product integrity
Drive localization of vehicle components to achieve cost, supply chain, and localization targets
Identify localization opportunities and support feasibility, sourcing, and technical validation
Coordinate with suppliers for drawings, specifications, samples, and PPAP/APQP activities
Ensure localized parts meet performance, durability, and regulatory standards
