Assistant Manager - US Payroll

As a Compliance & Regulatory Oversight specialist at Exela in Vashi, Mumbai, your role will involve ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local tax regulations, wage laws, and benefits programs. You will play a key role in maintaining proper documentation and filing for all audits, reporting, and compliance purposes. Additionally, your responsibilities will include supporting the knowledge transfer process, providing necessary training, and acting as a point of contact for the India team for escalated issues or queries. You will also be responsible for preparing reports related to employee wages, benefits, deductions, tax withholdings, and retirement contributions for audit and financial purposes.
