Assistant Manager - UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in crafting intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, backed by strong design thinking methodologies. You will play a critical role in shaping user journeys, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging AI-powered design tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user insights into engaging, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
• Apply design thinking principles to define user problems and deliver meaningful, innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, typography, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
• Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance productivity, explore new design possibilities, and accelerate creative workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design, UI/UX practices, and AI-led design innovations.
