Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to IP telephony services as per SLA's, ensuring high availability and reliability of platforms
Implementation: Deploying and configuring IP telephony systems, including hardware (such as IP phones, routers, switches, SBC's) and software (VoIP servers, gateways).
Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of IP telephony systems with existing network infrastructure, applications, and services.
Security: Implementing and supporting security measures to protect IP telephony systems from vulnerabilities and unauthorized access.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of IP telephony configurations, procedures, and changes.
Training: Providing training and support to end-users and IT staff on the use and maintenance of IP telephony systems.
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring system performance and optimizing configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
