Position Overview

The Assistant Manager of Solar Ingot and wafer Manufacturing Production will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure high-quality output in Solar Ingot and wafer manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills, enabling efficient coordination between teams, process optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the Solar Ingot and wafer Manufacturing process.
• Monitor and manage production schedules to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Team Supervision and Development

• Lead and mentor production team members, including technicians and operators.
• Provide training and skill development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies in Ingot and wafer production.
• Maintain detailed records of production processes and outcomes.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment and address potential hazards promptly.

Reporting and Analysis

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) or related field.

• Experience

  :
• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Prior experience in Solar Ingot and wafer manufacturing is a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Ingot and wafer production processes, equipment, and materials.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and data analysis tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
