Assistant Manager - Software & Application Development

You will be responsible for software development projects, including design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software applications and source code to meet end users" needs. This operational role involves driving day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include participating in designing discussions and planning meetings, developing new applications/software based on business requirements, translating designs into high-quality code throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), defining infrastructure and deployment requirements, building and maintaining operational tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, and analysis. You will also be expected to integrate software components and third-party programs, develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software across various services and functional areas, create technical documentation for reference and reporting, collaborate with Product Owners and teams in story grooming, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning. Additionally, you will need to prepare Test Strategies and Test Design, identify tools and approaches for automated testing, generate test reports based on features, modules, severity, and releases. Desired skill sets for this role include expert code/test case writing skills, the ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications, understanding of software engineering concepts, experience with software design, coding, testing, and development, as well as knowledge and/or experience in scrum/Agile techniques.,
