Creative Content Producer Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication)
We're looking for a multi-hyphenate Creative Producer who can ideate, shoot, edit, and bring fresh digital-first stories to life. If you live at the intersection of pop culture, social trends, and content creationand you know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videosyou're the one.
What You'll Do
- Ideate & Conceptualize: Dream up thumb-stopping content ideas tailored for Gen Z and next-gen audiences. Short form, long form videos, podcasts, social media relevant content.
- Hands-On Creation: Shoot, edit, designyou're not just briefing others; you're the doer.
- Trendspotting: Stay on top of Reels culture, memes, and digital storytelling formats.
- Agile Execution: From quick-turnaround content to bigger campaign piecesmake things live fast, without compromising quality.
- Collaborate: Work with creative, brand, and strategy teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
- Experiment & Innovate: Don't just follow trendsset them. Use new formats, styles, and platforms to keep the brand fresh.
Online Platform Management
- Keep an eye on social media across the sector for competitive analysis
- Develop and monitor marketing campaigns on social media
- Works closely in collaboration with a media agency, giving them a brief on the key aspects with regards to the media stint and targets thereof
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Regularly keep a check on the website and oversee if any new features in the products are featured on the website.
Campaign Management
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance and ROI.
- Oversee and manage all digital projects with the agency and review thereof
- Analyzes various market data to carry out trend analysis
- Track and analyze platform algorithm and provide regular internal reports and course correct
