Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer / Supervisor Printing

As an Asst Manager / Sr. Engineer / Supervisor Printing, your role will involve handling various aspects related to production, SMT, quality, pick & place, screen printing, PCB testing, PCB repairing, wave soldering, manual soldering, and documentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and providing services to customers. - Being an expert in handling SMD machines. - Creating schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs for electronic components and semiconductors. - Analyzing consumption patterns and being involved in procurement based on production needs. - Having complete knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards and extensive experience in handling PCBs. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations for designing high-speed digital designs like PCIe Gen2/3/4, DDR4/5/6, USB2/3 interfaces. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve PCB issues and optimize board performance. - Developing expertise in Printed Circuit Boards of different instruments. - Being an expert in PCB testing, component identification, soldering, desoldering, and rectification on PCBs. Qualifications: - Candidates must have experience in the PCB printing manufacturing industry. Candidates from other industries will not be considered. - Education: Diploma/BE in any stream with experience in PCB printing manufacturing industry. - Experience: 3 - 8 years in the departments of Production, Quality, and Printing. Please note that salary is negotiable based on the candidate's profile and experience. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Ahmednagar location for this position.,
