Assistant Manager [Sales] - Inbound

Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound Tour Operations: visiting FTO on regular basis, Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of inbound tours, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction. 2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and attractions. 3. Itinerary Planning: Create customized itineraries for inbound tourists, considering factors like budget, interests, and travel style. 4. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with inbound tours, ensuring profitability and competitiveness. 5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tour coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery. And any other jobs assigned as per business requirement. Candidates with experience in Sales in Travel & Tourism industry may be preferred MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates with post graduate degree / diploma (MBA/equivalent) may be preferred 2 years for MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR 4 years for Bachelors (10+2+3) Age limit - Upto 32 years only Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 36 months Pay: From ₹21,106.17 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai District, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
