Assistant Manager - Receivables

Job Description: As a team member at Accor, your prime function will involve ensuring appropriate and thorough inspection during the receiving of goods from suppliers. You will guarantee that only items meeting the required specifications are received and forwarded to the stores. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all goods are accompanied by the necessary documents and comply with the company's policies and standard operating procedures. It is crucial to follow HACCP procedures diligently and maintain accurate records at all times. Coordinating the various functions within the department will also fall under your purview, along with promptly addressing any matters that may impact the hotel's interests. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, direct, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Finance department. - Foster seamless coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to enhance productivity, morale, and guest service. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency. - Ensure the team is well-trained on safety protocols and promote a culture of teamwork. - Support the team effectively to deliver efficient services. - Identify and implement cost-effective resource allocation strategies.
