Hiring: QA - Assistant Manager (US Collections Process) Location: India (Work from Office) | Shift: US Shift Salary: 7-8 LPA (Negotiable) | Experience: 3+ Years Are you a Quality Assurance expert in Third-Party Collections? About the Role: As a QA - Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality in US third-party collections processes . You will lead audits, compliance checks, process improvements, and training initiatives while working closely with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Audits Monitor calls, conduct audits, and ensure high performance. Compliance & Regulations Ensure adherence to FDCPA, TCPA, CFPB, and client standards . Process Improvement Analyze performance data and drive efficiency. Team Leadership & Training – Mentor the QA team and conduct training programs. Client & Vendor Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (Third-Party Collections) Strong knowledge of US collections laws (FDCPA, TCPA, CFPB) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Experience working with international clients & vendors is a plus!
