Should have worked on IT SOX Compliance controls. 3. Project Management Professional/PRINCE II certification preferred. 4. Strong technical background in industry. Operational Responsibilities: Effectively manage process during crisis (BCP) Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Highlights reporting with commentaries Adherence to internal/external TAT & compliance requirements Flexible to work in multiple roles (IC/TM) and time zones Manage attrition through skip level meetings planning interventions engagement calendars Identify & drive productivity improvements, automations & value adds for clients Maintain EWS (Early warning system) and proactively address people issues Manage employee retention and engagement Interested Candidates Contact HR Pallavi @ 9167757169 / pallavi@careerguideline.com
