Assistant Manager Property

As an Assistant Manager Property for our client in the Retail Industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Acquisition of properties within the set budget to facilitate organizational expansion. - Creating a detailed plan for properties based on organizational vision, considering formats, sizes, markets, timelines, and business needs. - Building a pipeline of properties to meet the plan and presenting it to the Strategic Investment Team (SIT). - Negotiating and finalizing property deals with builders, as well as monitoring progress on property delivery. - Standardizing agreements and providing post-delivery support as per the agreed terms. - Working towards streamlining the property finalization and signing process. - Providing commercial support to the Projects team. - Implementing feedback from various formats and customers, while nurturing relationships with Builders, Developers, and Mall Management Companies. - Contributing to community initiatives led by Trent. - Conducting business activities ethically and fairly, with a focus on resource conservation. Key Skills required for this role include Property Acquisition, Store Expansion, and Land Acquisition.
