Assistant Manager Project Instrumentation

As a Project Instrumentation Assistant Manager with 7-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing current equipment to identify areas of inefficiency and improvement needs. Your role will involve designing and developing instrumentation solutions that align with safety standards, usability requirements, and client expectations. Collaborating with fellow engineers, you will work towards creating accurate and efficient equipment. You will be involved in designing and testing prototypes, creating schematics and simulated models, and modifying designs to meet specified requirements and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the implementation of new measuring devices and control systems, ensuring proper installation, and conducting thorough testing. In your capacity as a project engineer, you will lead activities related to design, prototype fabrication, and manufacturing development. Additionally, you will be required to draft formal technical documents, reports, testing results, and technical manuals for instrumentation. Providing training on devices to employees and clients will also be part of your job scope. A key requirement for this role is a strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Automation systems.
