The position aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of project instruments and their execution. This includes overseeing instruments such as Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, RTD, Transmitters, MMS, VMS, etc., planning and executing documentation activities on time, ensuring timely release of all instruments in the aggregate BOM for procurement, and closely coordinating with vendors to fulfill documentation requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for submitting necessary documents to customers in accordance with DCI and seeking approval with the support of the contract manager. Responsibilities include processing instrument requirements based on project orders, converting customer requirements received through indents into required documents, preparing and submitting project instrument drawings and documents to customers/consultants, expediting document submission and approvals, reviewing and approving instrument data sheets, GAD, QCP, updating documents for corrections, creating instrument aggregate BOM for system release, and preparing documents like Input/Output list, cable schedule, and Instrument Data Sheet for client/customer submission. Additionally, the role involves standardizing instruments based on data analysis to reduce non-moving inventory and initiating cost-saving projects to reduce instrumentation costs. Requirements for the position include a formal education in BE Instrumentation/DEE, professional experience of 3-5 years or 5-8 years, and special skills in project instrumentation and junction box planning and execution. Defined competencies include knowledge of various standards like API, IEC, manufacturing processes, instrumentation design awareness, exposure to AutoCAD, SAP (PP module) awareness, and analytical ability.,
