Implementation of statistical tools for CTQ & CTPs
Gemba review of all processes within Plant using LPA Check sheets.
Strengthen In process Inspection to ensure robust detection control for CTQ parameters.
To conduct Calibration as per Plan.
Analysis of Customer Reported Defects/QPR's and closer.
Co ordinating customer process/product audits and closing the observations.
Implement CSR in the manufacturing process with respect to quality requirements.
