Assistant Manager - Plant HR

Role Overview: You will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with operational goals to foster a high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include managing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to employee relations and performance management. You will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, fair, and productive work environment that supports the plant's success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions. - Develop and implement a robust onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated effectively. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts. - Promote a positive work culture by implementing engagement initiatives, conducting stay interviews, and fostering open communication between management and staff. - Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws. - Prepare MIS reports related to employee cost, recruitment, attrition, etc. - Analyze data and provide recommendations, possessing hands-on experience in using analytical tools as required. - Plan and conduct monthly engagement/fun activities fostering belongingness and collaboration among employees. - Conduct outdoor and indoor activities enabling sportsmanship and enhancing creativity among employees.
