Assistant Manager - Planning & Reporting

Job Description

The candidate would be responsible to drive key deliverables in relation to financial reporting, analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, and Client reporting for Northern Europe markets and cluster in collaboration with the market commercial finance and FP&A leads. The candidate will be part of the PRCoE (Planning & Reporting Center of Excellence) team based out of Bangalore. As part of this role, the candidate will be required to work with the NE Cluster and Market FP&A team to drive regional reporting & FP&A requirements. The role will be based out of Bangalore, candidate must be/relocate to Bangalore. Job Description: Main Responsibilities Prepare all key deliverables during the month-close process as per agreed timelines along with addressing queries , ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders. Preparing the templates and sharing with markets for budget, quarterly & monthly forecast submission, and consolidate data to analy ze the P&L data ensuring accuracy and completeness . Prepare and consolidate Risk Opportunity templates, Uncommitted Cost templates, and other financial reports related to RF and Budget submissions. Provide waterfall charts showing movements in Operating Profit, Revenue, and Staff Cost, ensuring data accuracy and responding to follow-up queries. Assist with Balance Shee t Review Pack queries or any other related ad hoc requests. Challenge the market on the appropriate use of account lines, brands, functions & segments Discuss RF/BUD finalization and adjustments with CFOs, Markets, and SL (Service Line) Leads Manage ad hoc reporting tasks from the onshore team, and provide any additional support related to finance and reporting needs. Professional Skills MBA finance/ finance graduate with 9 - 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning & reporting. Good analytical skills including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet review. Exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) & SAC Excellent communication skills Should demonstrate a high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
