Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, achieving operational targets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production, repair, testing, and quality activities.
Achieve operational targets and maintain productivity.
Coordinate with Logistics, Stores, Quality, and Repair & Testing teams.
Monitor manpower planning, shift scheduling, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
Track KPIs, operational costs, and team performance.

Required Qualifications

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: 5 - 10 years in operations, preferably in electronics manufacturing, telecom, or repair and testing.
Skills: Team management, problem-solving, planning, coordination, and reporting.

Key Skills & Keywords

Strong knowledge for repairing Operations Management, Team Handling, Production Planning, KPI Monitoring, MIS Reporting, Process Improvement, Manpower Planning, Inventory Coordination, Quality Control, Excel, ERP/SAP, Customer Coordination.
