Network engineer lead

• Manage day-to-day network operations, including LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls and network security.
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, Cisco/HPE devices and VPN connections.
• Handle network administration, incident management and problem resolution.
• Implement network upgrades, firmware updates and security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide network status updates to stakeholders.
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server and related IT infrastructure.
• Arrange video conferencing for senior management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/HPE networking devices and FortiGate firewalls.
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, NAT, IPsec VPN and SSL VPN.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and SNMP.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• CCNA certification preferred.
