About the Office of Scholarships:

Role and Responsibilities:

The candidate will work with the Scholarships Team as a financial analyst assisting the scholarship process, including (but not limited to):

  • Data Analysis

    : Analysing & interpreting financial documents of individuals and businesses.
  • Communication

    : Conducting conversations with students and parents while assessing scholarship requests with empathy and diplomacy. Responding to queries via mail/call.
  • Decision Making

    : Accurately assessing need-based scholarships.
  • Coordination

    : Communicate and coordinate with the various stakeholders, including Office of Admissions, Finance, Development, Operations and IT as and when required.

Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Intellectually curious and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work within deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • Orientation to learn, innovate, and an attitude to excel.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Empathy and initiative to help students apply for scholarships.
