Assistant Manager NPD/Senior Executive NPD/Executive NPD(Color Cosmetics-Ahmedabad)

As an aspiring candidate for the position at RENE Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the complete product development process. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization - Developing project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of new product launches - Researching emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in color cosmetics - Collaborating with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio - Partnering with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations aligning with brand guidelines and quality standards - Working with the packaging team to develop aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solutions - Negotiating costs and maintaining vendor relationships for quality and timely delivery - Ensuring all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labeling and safety requirements - Overseeing stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials for product efficacy and satisfaction - Ensuring continuous quality checks during and post-production phases - Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product launch strategies - Coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure a seamless transition to mass production - Monitoring budgets for product development and optimizing resources Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - MBA/Masters/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related field - 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry - Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics About the Company: RENE Cosmetics is an Indian makeup brand that redefines beauty with high-quality, cruelty-free, and FDA-approved innovative products.
