Key Responsibility As a Product Development Manager at RENE Cosmetics, your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization - Creating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of new product launches - Conducting research on emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in color cosmetics - Collaborating with the Marketing team to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio - Partnering with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards - Working with the packaging team to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional packaging solutions - Negotiating costs and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery - Ensuring product compliance with local and global regulatory standards, including labeling and safety requirements - Overseeing stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction - Conducting continuous quality checks during and post-production phases - Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to create product launch strategies and ensure a seamless transition to mass production - Monitoring budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging - Providing regular updates on costs and optimizing resources effectively Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience: - MBA/Masters/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or a related field - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry - Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics How to Apply If you are passionate about driving innovation in the cosmetics industry and possess the required qualifications and experience, please share your updated resume with us at careers@reneecosmetics.in.,
