Assistant Manager - MS Dynamics CRM Technical Support (Sales & Service Modules) 3+ Years - Mumbai We are looking for a passionate and skilled MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join a dynamic team in Mumbai. This role requires strong expertise in L2 support for Dynamics 365 Sales & Service modules, along with experience in Power Platform, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting. Provide L2 support and resolve escalated technical issues across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing 2. Perform deep diagnostics using advanced tools to identify root causes and drive permanent solutions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and development teams to manage SLAs and deliver timely fixes. 4. Implement best practices for system stability and performance through preventive analysis and tuning. 5. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and deliver advanced user training. Requirements – 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Sales, Services, and Marketing modules. 2. Hands-on experience with Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, and CRM Workflows. 3. Proven skills in integration, data migration, and full-cycle CRM support. 4. Strong command of JavaScript, customizations, and system configuration. 5. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
