Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
  • Oversee monthly closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements by reviewing balance sheet accounts and performing variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports using Oracle Reports or other tools like Hyperion Reporting or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in finance & accounting with expertise in Oracle ERP (12.2.x).
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable processing, cash management principles.
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports using Oracle Reports or similar tools like Hyperion Reporting or Power BI.
  • CA qualification preferred but not mandatory; first-time pass required.
