Assistant Manager-Mfg Process Ops

As a candidate for the role of working with Business, functional & IT teams on various IDOC message types related to Supply Chain, your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand organizational needs and develop/deliver innovative tools - Supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing/testing new robust SAP functionality - Gathering, analyzing, and streamlining business processes to enhance efficiency in the FLNA Supply Chain - Developing and executing analytical tools using Excel and Access for business teams to achieve performance objectives - Supporting user acceptance testing for new FLNA projects and system enhancements - Developing and delivering training materials for implementing new tools, enhancements, or procedures - Being accountable for resolving 3MM+ idocs per day within a given SLA Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred - Fluent in English - Strong analytical skills - Working knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Hana is a plus - Practical working/programming knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA & SQL is a plus - Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal - 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain - Ability to communicate opportunities and solutions effectively - Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional team environment - Working knowledge of order processing, order life-cycle, and/or master data desired - Ability to recognize and resolve issues efficiently while escalating root cause analysis to appropriate teams - Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with multi-functional teams - Flexibility, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities,
