Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Engineering

As an experienced candidate in the automobile industry with a background in process/fixture/tool/gauge design, you will play a crucial role in our organization by utilizing your skills and knowledge in machining processes on VMC & HMC machines and assembly processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Studying and analyzing component/assembly drawings, 3D models, and GD&T to prepare conceptual fixture/tool layouts for machining and assembly. - Preparing and releasing TS documents such as SOP, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, and PFMEA. - Conceptually designing position gauges for assembly/machining using AutoCAD/Pro-E. - Preparing and releasing semi-finished drawings of 5C components as per requirements/strategy. - Creating shop/cell layouts for improvement projects such as capacity expansion, reduced material handling, fatigue reduction, and improved ergonomics. Qualifications & Competencies: - Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Pro-E - 5-7 years of experience in the automobile industry in process/fixture/tool/gauge design - Strong understanding of materials, cutting tools, cutting parameters, and clamping/fixturing principles - Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint - Good communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams Mandatory Skills: - Minimum 4 years of experience in the Automobile industry (process/fixture/tool/gauge design) - Strong knowledge of machining processes (VMC & HMC) - Hands-on experience with process/fixture design, machining shop & assembly - Knowledge of IATF documentation, Control Plans & PFMEA - Good understanding of materials, cutting tools, cutting parameters & fixturing principles If you believe you possess the necessary qualifications and skills outlined above and are interested in this opportunity, please email your resume to admin@amrapaliservices.in, mentioning your current CTC, expected CTC, and Notice Period.,
