As an Assistant Manager/Manager Technical MEP at Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be expected to have a thorough understanding and design knowledge of LV distribution, Lighting and power circuits, Fire alarm system, Telephone/Data System, Access control, PA system, CCTV, Cable management, and Earthing & Lightning protection system. Your role will involve consulting and coordinating with Architect representatives for specification/technical clarifications. Additionally, you will be analyzing documentation to assess cost, materials, and labor. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing overall cost estimates, including low voltage systems, HVAC system, and plumbing, and submitting highly competitive bids using Plan Swift and customized estimating software. Analyzing blueprints, project documents, and specifications to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor estimates will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be preparing Tender Check Estimates (TCE) for contracts and bill of materials, which include Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.
