Assistant Manager/ Manager Technical MEP

The company is looking to hire 2 Assistant Managers/Managers Technical MEP to join their team at Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. As an ideal candidate, you should have 3-5 years of experience in the MEP field with a strong understanding and design knowledge of LV distribution, lighting and power circuits, fire alarm systems, telephone/data systems, access control, PA systems, CCTV, cable management, and earthing & lightning protection systems. Your responsibilities will include consulting and coordinating with Architect representatives for specification and technical clarifications, analyzing documentation to assess cost, materials, and labor, and performing overall cost estimates including low voltage systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing. You will be required to prepare highly competitive bids using estimating software, analyze blueprints and project documents to prepare accurate materials and labor estimates, and compile engineering documentation and specifications. The desired profile for this position includes a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for commercial and residential projects. Key skills required for this role include plumbing, fire systems, electrical, and MEP.
