We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager - Knowledge Management. As a training leader in the London Insurance Market, we are seeking individuals with a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong facilitation skills to lead and enhance our knowledge management initiatives effectively. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our teams have timely access to the necessary information, thereby fostering efficiency and innovation throughout the organization. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive knowledge management strategies that align with organizational objectives. - Lead efforts to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge across the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop appropriate solutions. - Supervise the establishment and maintenance of knowledge repositories, ensuring they are current and easily accessible. - Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning through training and awareness programs. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, making necessary adjustments when required. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.
