Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you should possess good communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi. It is essential that you are highly organized and mature in handling human relationships while being capable of successfully completing tasks. The role requires you to be comfortable working in a target-based environment and have experience in team handling. A background or education in sales will be beneficial for this position. Your responsibilities will include receiving inbound calls and providing counseling for Medical and Engineering preparation. Additionally, you will be required to make outbound calls based on leads provided by the support team. It is crucial that you have the ability to understand the needs of students and convert them into admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling sales campaigns and be willing to follow the Key Result Areas (KRAs) set by the team leader in the BPO industry. A previous role in counseling, teaching, or tele sales would be advantageous for this position. The educational qualification required for this role is a Graduate degree or above. The industry focus will be on Education, Teaching, Training, BPO, or E-commerce. This is a permanent, full-time employment opportunity.,
