You will play a key role in assisting with the efficient running of the Front Office department at Hyatt Regency Amritsar, aligning with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. As the Assistant Manager - Front Office, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk within the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management of the Front Desk - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Supervise the Front Office team to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships Please note that the above job description is specific to the position at Hyatt Regency Amritsar.,
