ASSISTANT MANAGER - FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main focus will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations as the Assistant Manager - Outlet. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center. It is crucial to operate within budget, maintain the outlets operating concept, and uphold Hyatt International standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and contribute to the financial success of the outlet.
