Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main focus will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations as the Assistant Manager - Outlet. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center. It is crucial to operate within budget, maintain the outlets operating concept, and uphold Hyatt International standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and contribute to the financial success of the outlet. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet - Ensure the outlet operates as an independent profit center - Uphold the outlets operating concept and Hyatt International standards - Maximize guest satisfaction while operating within budget - Support in ensuring the financial success of the outlet Qualifications Required: - Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management - Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards,
