Job Description

Fit & Technical Development Collaborate with designers to translate sketches and concepts into well-defined fits and silhouettes, ensuring brand alignment. Develop detailed spec sheets for each style, outlining fit, silhouette, and styling details for consistency in production. Create graded spec sheets to ensure proportional sizing across all ranges, optimizing fit and customer satisfaction. Conduct fit sessions on live models , making real-time adjustments to enhance garment comfort and appearance. Educate vendor pattern makers on necessary pattern corrections for improved fit, production accuracy, and efficiency. Risk Assessment & Compliance Specialize in risk assessment for childrens safety , recommending styling adjustments to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Evaluate and approve samples before production, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards . Vendor & Production Coordination Maintain daily communication with suppliers on technical aspects to ensure seamless production. Provide valuable technical insights to the Buying and Design teams for decision-making. Work closely with Quality Control (QC) teams to address and resolve fit and production challenges.
