Job Description

Deloitte is looking for Assistant Manager | Financial Due Diligence to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee financial due diligence processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective financial models to analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely completion of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, including accounting, finance, and economics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
