Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

You are looking for two Chartered Accountants with a strong accounting background to join the factory finance team in Hosur for a six-month contract. As a Chartered Accountant, your key responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and tax filings while collaborating closely with external auditors (Big 6 firms). Your primary focus will be on financial accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing audit schedules, and providing necessary financial insights to auditors. Additionally, you will work on audit and compliance tasks, managing accounts for the legal entity, and handling day-to-day accounting activities as part of the factory finance team. In terms of taxation and filings, you will coordinate with tax consultants for direct tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory tax requirements. A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory for this role, along with SAP experience. Your technical skills should include a strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit processes, as well as proficiency in direct tax compliance and return filings. Experience working with auditors from Big 6 firms is a plus. Soft skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and coordination with auditors and consultants are essential for success in this role.
