What You&aposll Be Doing

• Build and manage a pipeline of brands and agencies looking for messaging solutions like RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, and more.
• Identify client needs and match them with smart messaging strategies and platform capabilities.
• Consult and collaborate with clients to design solutions that maximize engagement and ROI.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
• Represent the brand at industry forums, client meetings, and solution workshops.

What Were Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in

  business messaging platforms

  especially with

  RCS, WhatsApp Business APIs, or CPaaS

  .
• Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients in BFSI, Retail, D2C, or E-commerce sectors is a strong plus.
• A clear communicator whos equally confident in a Zoom demo and a boardroom pitch.
• Prior experience at

  leading CPaaS/messaging solution providers

  would make you a strong fit.
