Assistant Manager-Dispatch and Fulfilment

Job Description: As a Packing & Dispatch Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire packing and dispatch process to ensure timely and secure delivery of products to clients. Your responsibilities will include analyzing purchase orders, creating dispatch plans, overseeing operations, coordinating with logistics services, monitoring inventory levels, training staff, implementing quality control standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Your leadership skills will be essential in effectively managing a team, and your ability to coordinate logistics and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze purchase orders and plan dispatch processes with the production team - Create dispatch plans based on purchase orders and client requirements - Manage and oversee packing and dispatch operations - Ensure timely, secure, and accurate packing of products without damage - Coordinate with transport and logistics services for on-time delivery - Monitor inventory levels and order packing materials as necessary - Train and supervise packing and dispatch staff - Implement and maintain quality control standards - Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of supervisory experience in packaging and dispatch operations, preferably in the Food, eCommerce, FMCG, or Retail industry - Proven leadership, team management, monitoring, and training skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and preferred knowledge of Kannada - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes - Bachelor's degree, certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred - Excellent knowledge of Excel (Note: Additional Company Details section omitted as it does not contain relevant information for the job description),
