Job Overview:

ERP & Finance Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Finance Automation:

  • Lead the

    ERP implementation

    for the finance function, ensuring all finance requirements are identified, communicated, and implemented effectively.
  • Oversee the

    digitalization of finance processes

    , ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Act as the

    primary liaison

    between finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact to

    resolve routine system-related issues

    post-implementation.

Project & Program Management:

  • Drive

    automation initiatives

    to enhance efficiency and increase overall productivity.
  • Manage complex projects with

    multiple stakeholders

    , ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams, consultants, and analytics teams to drive system improvements.
  • Ensure successful adoption of ERP or

    other SaaS-based finance tools

    .

Technical & Business Expertise:

  • Leverage technology and finance knowledge to optimize business processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement

    best practices

    in finance automation.
  • Define key

    metrics, run experiments, and analyze data

    to enhance financial performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest

    ERP systems (SAP/MS Dynamics/Oracle)

    and ensure successful deployment and integration.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience

    in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance automation.
  • Strong knowledge of

    finance functions

    (AP, AR, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, GL).
  • Experience in

    ERP or CLM tool implementation

    (SAP/MS Dynamics/Oracle preferred).
  • Strong project management skills

    with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills

    (written & verbal) to engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to create an

    inclusive, collaborative environment

    that fosters team growth.
  • Customer-focused mindset
