Job Description

Conceptualizing & working on seasonal trend-boards and line-sheets. Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and specifications for each collection.
Meet deadlines and deliver designs on time.
Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are executed to the highest standard.
Conduct market research, brand product bench-marking and analyse trends to take informed design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams sourcing, technical, marketing, and buying.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the kids wear industry, incorporating relevant insights into the range.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
